Full Day Hire:
Sat, Sun and Bank Holidays: £110
Monday-Friday: £85
If you require the horsebox for longer or over a full weekend please contact us via the contact page.
* A 50% deposit of the full hire amount needs to be paid on booking.
* A preauthorised damage deposit of £150 needs to be paid before start of the hire, this will be returned minus any additional cost (listed below) at the end of the hire period.
* All hires need to be returned by 6pm, unless agreed prior to start of hire.
* Please give at least 72 hours notice if you are unable to full fill your hire agreement and we will try our best to accommodate another day.
* We as the owners of the horsebox reserves the right to cancel any bookings at anytime
Important Information
Due to insurance restrictions, only drivers between 25 and 75 years old can hire and drive the horsebox and the excess is £500
Our insurance only covers the vehicle not the horses being transported
Additional costs:
- Horse area must be cleaned and washed out before returning otherwise a £30 fee will be charged.
- No smoking in Cab Fee of £50. All rubbish in cab should be removed or a cleaning Fee of £30.
- Driver/Hirer of vehicle will be responsible of any damage, speeding fines, parking fines, and overloading the horsebox.
- Fuel level must show as FULL when returned, otherwise you will incur a £20 fee plus amount of fuel.
- Use of fire extinguisher £20 (There is no fee for using a fire extinguisher if there is photo evidence for reason to use it)
